
The Concept

Our food truck is available for events of all sizes — from corporate luncheons and weddings to private parties and community gatherings. We offer flexible booking options designed to fit the needs of your event:
Open Truck — Similar to an open bar, the host covers the cost for guests attending the event. This option is popular for weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and private celebrations.
Cash Truck — Just like a cash bar, guests purchase individually from the truck. This option is ideal for community events, municipal gatherings, sporting events, and festivals.
The Menu

We keep it simple. Choose your menu by selecting your favorite three cold sandwiches from our full catalog, available to view HERE. Beverages are included as standard.

Want to elevate the experience? Add a fourth sandwich, cannolis, or other add-ons. Additional menu items are welcome and available, though each add-on increases the hourly minimum by $100 per hour, per add-on.
The Details
Our food truck requires a $500 per hour minimum in sales, with a four-hour minimum booking window. Full payment for the booking window is required to secure your date.

Our standard service area includes the towns of Lewiston, Auburn, Lisbon, Greene, Turner, Minot, Sabattus, and Durham. A travel fee of $0.75 per mile will be applied to events outside of this service area.

For Cash Truck events, the host will receive a reconciliation report within three business days following the event, along with either a refund or an invoice for any difference in sales, if applicable.
