Service Description
Our most basic Open Truck Package — perfect for simple events where desserts aren’t necessary. This option allows guests to order freely, with the host covering the full cost of all meals, similar to an open bar. This package is ideal for weddings, corporate luncheons, private parties, and other gatherings where you want a seamless, hassle-free dining experience for your guests. A minimum of $500 per hour in food purchases is required, with a 4-hour minimum booking. This means a minimum of $2,000 in food must be ordered during your event. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Each additional hour beyond the scheduled booking window is billed at $650 per hour unless arranged in advance. For non–Open Truck events, a deposit equal to the full booking window is required. Following the event, the difference between required minimum sales and actual realized sales will be reconciled within 72 hours. An invoice or refund will be issued to the appropriate party accordingly.
